A company that provides services to private and business customers, serving about 1.5 million people per year. clients, is looking for an experienced IT Department Director in Vilnius to join the team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- More than 5 years experience in a medium or large company leading an IT department.
- Higher university education.
- Comprehensive experience in the field of IT: programming, software, infrastructure, etc. Knowledge of IT solutions.
- Good English skills (at least B2 level).
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Good communication skills in cooperation with different teams.
- Impeccable reputation.
- Experience in developing new IT systems and implementing IT changes in the organization.
POSITION:
- Managing the IT department of more than 30 people.
- Formation and preparation of the company's strategic and annual activity plans.
- Work with different departments (Systems development and creation, IT infrastructure, etc. departments).
- Ensuring the implementation of the strategic and operational goals set by the IT Department, related to the tasks assigned to the Department and the functions performed.
- Ensuring the acquisition, development and installation, updating and support of technical, software and telecommunications technologies required to provide the Company's services electronically.
- Execution and implementation of existing and new IT projects.
- Initiation and implementation of new ideas.
THE COMPANY OFFERS:
- Salary 5500 - 6500 €/month. before tax. After the trial period, up to 20 percent is applied. monthly salary bonus for performance, which is paid monthly.
