Narbutas International's IT infrastructure team is currently looking for an IT infrastructure maintenance team leader to contribute to team management and effective IT infrastructure maintenance.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES:
- Be responsible for planning the team's work;
- Solve technical problems and incidents together with colleagues;
- Ensure timely and effective IT infrastructure maintenance;
- Cooperate with IT infrastructure service (solutions) providers and contractors;
- Consult on IT infrastructure issues.
SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL NEED:
- Experience in maintaining IT infrastructure and virtualization systems;
- Experience in leading a team;
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
- Ability to quickly make decisions;
- Initiative, thoroughness, responsibility, independence, communication;
- Orientation to the result, "hands-on" approach and interest in innovations.
ADVANTAGE IF:
- Has experience in maintaining Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure and other Microsoft infrastructure solutions;
- Has experience working with VMware solutions;
- Has experience working with Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet network equipment.
