You will be responsible for:
- Maintenance, identification and troubleshooting of the client's IT equipment (computers, printers, networks, software, etc.);
- performance of planned IT equipment renewal works, installation of IT equipment;
- Maintenance of standard programs (Windows, Office suite, anti-virus), user consultation, assistance and training;
- resolution of IT incidents and requests;
- IT farm documentation update.
We expect the candidate to:
- Has a higher university/non-university education in the field of IT;
- Has 3 or more years of experience in analogous or similar positions;
- Knowledge of: Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft 365 environment, Microsoft AD, GPO;
- Knowledge of writing and reading scripts;
- You are independent and not afraid of responsibility;
- You speak and write in English;
- Has a driver's license (category B).
