Nature of work of transport punk:
We're trucking experts and slightly crazy transport punks - but you don't have to be crazy, we'll teach you!
- You will administer requests in the Helpdesk system: you will solve IT requests and incidents, take care of their prevention
- You will advise colleagues and help them with IT issues
- You will take care of computer workplaces: you will plan the need for equipment, order it, prepare the equipment for use
- You will administer the IS used by the company
- You will contribute to the renewal of the IT infrastructure and the implementation of other IT projects
- You will carry out continuous maintenance of IT infrastructure, internal network, servers
- You will implement IT processes and document the IT infrastructure as needed
Requirements for a future transport punk:
- Work experience in the IT area in maintaining KDV and IT/business systems
- Ability to solve IT queries, quick orientation in managing the query system
- Experience in Microsoft 365 administration
- Knowledge of Windows Servers, Active Directory, GPO, Exchange, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, monitoring systems and interest in IT security
- Ability to independently plan and organize one's activities
- Personal qualities: communication, thoroughness, attentiveness, consistency, strong sense of responsibility, internal motivation, ability to work both independently and in a team
But the most important thing is the desire to become the real transport punk!🤘
