Your responsibilities would be:
- configuration, preparation and maintenance of computerized workplaces
- creation and coordination of user accesses
- administration of the company's IT systems, analysis and troubleshooting
- coordination of external services
- employee consultation on IT issues
- working with the Help Desk task and incident management tool
- help in improving and making processes more efficient
- involvement in the implementation of IT projects
- participation in the preparation of new hardware/software specifications
What do we expect from you?
- work experience in the field of information technology or systems administration
- activity, pro-activity, goal orientation and taking responsibility
- ability to work in a team and create value for the organization
- technical knowledge of English in the field of IT
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, experience of working with Microsoft 365 services and applications
- Ability to install, configure and maintain office software packages (eg Microsoft Office), other applications
