Your main tasks:
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, e-mail. by post
- Advise clients in solving problems
- Monitor the company's information systems, register incidents and solve them
- Transfer inquiries and incidents to second-level specialists
- Prepare card readers for use according to established procedures.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has completed IT studies or is a final year student
- Has basic IT knowledge
- Has the ability to work shift work and remain attentive at all times of the day
- Communicates in Lithuanian and English
- Knows how to identify hardware and software failures (advantage)
- Has excellent communication skills
- Can work independently
- Is focused on quick and efficient problem solving
- Takes a responsible approach to the tasks entrusted to him
- Wants and strives to learn and improve.
