You will be responsible for:

  • Administration and maintenance of information and cyber security systems;
  • Ensuring and controlling the cyber security of the data transmission network;
  • Investigating cyber security incidents and analyzing artifacts, providing suggestions and conclusions regarding the use and improvement of information and cyber security technologies in the Company;
  • Submission of proposals for modernization, change or abolition of cyber security technologies, implementation of adopted measures;
  • Ensuring the implementation and control of the company's information and cyber security policy and the documents detailing it;
  • Training and consulting of the company's employees on information and cyber security issues;
  • Identification of technical vulnerabilities of information resources, their registration and removal or referral to other employees of the Company removing vulnerabilities and control of removal;
  • Monitoring of the company's local and regional networks and network perimeter, identification of cyber security incidents and continuous improvement of monitoring processes in order to detect manifestations of malicious code in the network.

We would expect from the prospective candidate:

  • Higher university or equivalent education in the field of physical sciences studies (mathematics, physics, informatics);
  • At least 5 years of work experience in the implementation and administration of information systems and at least two years of work experience in the field of cyber security;
  • Knowledge of local and global computer networks, databases and distributed systems and their functioning principles;
  • The latest technical and software knowledge of service stations, computer network routing and security system equipment;
  • Knowledge of cyber security assurance technologies (SIEM, IDS, IPS, DLP, etc.) and their operating principles, knowledge of technical and organizational information and cyber security assurance methods.
  • Knowledge of international (ISO 27000) and national (NIST) cyber security standard and good practices;
  • Excellent Lithuanian language skills (not lower than C1 level) and good English language skills (not lower than B1 level);
  • Ability to analyze information, make decisions, independently choose work methods, plan and organize activities, work independently, keep commitments and take responsibility, as well as creativity and curiosity in applying innovations, installing and operating programs and information systems.

We would consider your advantage:

  • More than 5 years of knowledge of Microsoft server, Linux, Azure service administration, networks;
  • Experience in public procurement, project management;
  • possession of the OS manufacturer's certificate;
  • More than 2 years of practical experience in the field of IT security, detection and overcoming of cyber attacks, incident management or other cyber security-related fields;
  • Willingness to get to know and improve knowledge of the legal regulations of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union in the field of cyber security.

  • Monthly salary reaching €2,800 gross. The final financial amount of the salary will depend on the competence of the selected candidate;
