IT Support Specialist

Nature of work

• Providing qualified IT support to users on technical or software usage issues
• Second-level problem solving within competence
• Solving and managing IT problems and requests, fulfilling orders
• Preparation, configuration and installation of new computerized workstations
• Creation of system access permissions
• Increasing the efficiency of the help center, expanding the knowledge database
• Continuous monitoring and control of IT systems

Requirements for the candidate

• Higher Education
• Experience of working in an IT support center (English Service Desk).
• Knowledge of English (B2 and higher level)
• Communicability, ability to solve problems quickly, resistance to stress
• Knowledge of Windows, MacOS and iOS platforms
• ITIL certificate is an advantage
• Knowledge of retail trade processes and technologies is an advantage
• Positive communication with users
