Narbutas International's IT infrastructure team is currently looking for an IT support specialist to help solve IT problems for users and ensure information security.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES:
- Accept requests from IT users by phone, Service Desk system and e-mail. by mail;
- Provide level I support to IT users;
- Consult on IT issues;
- Solve IT incidents and requests;
- Prepare reports from the Service Desk system.
SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL NEED:
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
- Knowledge of technical English;
- Ability to quickly make decisions;
- Initiative, diligence, responsibility, independence;
- Ability to work in a team to achieve a common goal.
ADVANTAGE IF:
- Has experience in maintaining Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, iOS and Android software;
- Has experience working with Atlassian products.
