IT support specialist

Nature of work

  • Providing assistance to the company's employees in solving problems, consulting on IT issues (support) using SQL knowledge;
  • Communicating with clients when implementing integrations with our internal systems;
  • Communication with programmers in order to improve and support the operation of the company's logistics program;
  • Creation of new reports, improvement based on user requests (Microsoft Report Builder / Microsoft Power BI / Microsoft Excel);

Employee requirements

  • Writing SQL queries;
  • Understanding of structured documents (XML, JSON);
  • Understanding the principles of operation of information systems;
  • Experience with Power Automate / Power Apps and other Microsoft 365 applications;
  • Communication in English;
  • Higher/advanced education in the field of IT or exact sciences would be an advantage;
  • Work experience or knowledge with Cyber Security would be an advantage;

Salary

Salary from 1200 eur in hand, a matter of negotiation according to competence.
