We will entrust you with the following responsibilities:

  • you will lead the IT services department, including team management, project planning, goal setting and their implementation;
  • you will strengthen and supervise the work processes of employees, encouraging effective cooperation and high-quality results;
  • you will be responsible for managing the resources of the ITP department, optimizing their use and planning the acquisition of new ones;
  • you will cooperate with external suppliers and monitor the quality of service provision;
  • you will strengthen the IT team's knowledge and ability growth, promoting the improvement of competence;
  • you will implement, maintain and improve ITIL processes in the Bank;
  • you will be the ambassador(s) of the Jira tool in the implementation of ITIL and other business processes;
  • you will maintain and develop the Bank's configuration management database (CMDB);
  • you will maintain and develop the Bank's knowledge base.

We need you if you:

  • you have obtained a higher education in the field of information technology;
  • you have acquired at least 3 years of experience in the field of IT services, you have experience in managerial work;
  • you are able to use project management tools and technologies (Jira);
  • having a certificate/certificates in this field would be a great advantage;
  • you have excellent cooperation and communication skills;
  • you have excellent analytical thinking and decision-making skills;
  • you work successfully both individually and in a team environment;
  • you are able to plan, organize and manage resources and time;
  • you know English well (both orally and in writing).
