Nature of work
- Maintaining business relations between the company and its customers;
- Ensure coordination of IT services and operational needs;
- Working with the customer basket assigned by the company;
- Development and quality assurance of IT services provided;
- Analysis of the client's needs, providing recommendations;
- Communication with the client in case of major incidents;
- Examination of customer complaints;
- Development of new services.
Employee requirements
- Strong communication skills;
- Higher or higher education;
- Experience in working with critical IT infrastructure (servers, networks) and information systems;
- IT service management knowledge (ITIL Foundation certificate would be an advantage);
- Good planning, organization and sales skills;
- Knowledge of project management (advantage);
- English language skills (oral and written);
- Responsible, cooperative, able to work in a team, constantly interested in market innovations.
