Nature of work

  • Maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, fault diagnosis, analysis, elimination;
  • Analysis of problems and implementation of solutions;
  • Development, implementation, management of the company's IT security solutions, consulting of colleagues;
  • Analyzing processes, initiating, planning and implementing changes;
  • Participation in new system implementation projects.
  • Providing assistance to the company's employees in solving problems, consulting on IT issues (support) using SQL knowledge;
  • Communicating with clients when implementing integrations with our internal systems;
  • Communication with programmers in order to improve and support the operation of the company's logistics program;

Requirements

  • Higher education in the field of information technology/informatics;
  • Work experience with MS infrastructure components (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, FTP, RDP);
  • Work experience with network solutions FortiGate and Aruba ClearPass - an advantage;
  • Work experience with a centralized device management system (ManageEngine) - an advantage;
  • Knowledge of Office 365 components is an advantage;
  • Responsibility, ability to work efficiently, ability to see problems and solutions, continuous learning;
  • Technical IT English knowledge;
  • Sincere interest in the IT field;
  • Willingness to work not only in virtual, but also in physical space: connect computers, monitors, printers, change toners, mice, etc.;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team;
  • Ability to install and administer Windows operating systems;
  • Education in the field of IT, similar work experience (we are also friendly to candidates who are studying)
  • Writing SQL queries;
  • Understanding of structured documents (XML, JSON);
  • Understanding the operating principles of information systems;
  • Experience with Power Automate / Power Apps and other Microsoft 365 applications;
  • Communication in English;
  • Higher/advanced education in the field of IT or exact sciences would be an advantage;
