We are looking for a colleague who:
- participate in compiling and maintaining the list of IT activity processes and their documentation plan;
- performed the analysis and maturity assessment of IT departments' operational processes and initiated the creation of new processes or the improvement of existing ones;
- create or improve IT operational processes in accordance with good practices (ITIL, COBIT, Agile, etc.) and internal and external legal acts, document processes in the Promapp system;
- initiate and coordinate the implementation of the process in IT service management tools (Jira or similar). Once they are created, they will be tested, use instructions will be prepared and process participants will be trained;
- consulted on IT process development, improvement and application issues;
- analyze, prepare or improve the internal procedures regulating the IT field;
- perform data analysis of IT processes, prepare reports.
In this position, it is important for us:
- Higher Education;
- at least 1 year of experience in analyzing, developing and improving IT processes;
- Knowledge of IT management methodologies and good practices (COBIT, ITIL, Agile) and practical application experience;
- excellent ability to fluently and correctly convey thoughts in Lithuanian in writing and orally;
- knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than B1;
- Compliance with the requirements established in the Law on the Protection of Objects Important to the National Security of the Republic of Lithuania;
- analytical thinking, responsibility, initiative, results orientation, professionalism, cooperation, impeccable personal and business reputation.

- salary from EUR 2,112 with taxes (EUR 2,112 - EUR 3,168 with taxes). The exact salary will depend on your competence and professional experience. Salary is only part of the reward.
