Job description
Setupad is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the team in Vilnius!
Setupad is among the fastest-growing scale-ups in the AdTech industry. Our team consists of dynamic and internally motivated people in Vilnius, Riga, and Madrid.
Company provides all the necessary equipment, the possibility to work mainly from home (or wherever you would like), flexibility, annual workshops (a week-long work/chill event), and more.

Requirements
Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT product management, with a successful track record of delivering high-quality technology products from concept to market.
Technical Proficiency: In-depth understanding of IT systems, software development processes, and emerging technologies. Ability to engage in technical discussions. Knowledge in the following technologies and areas will be considered as an advantage: Javascript, SQL, Node.js, React JS, Docker, programmatic advertising - AdTech, media business. As well as working with Jira, other ticketing tools, and Gantt charts.
Strategic mindset: Strong strategic planning and project management skills. Ability to align product development with overall business goals and market trends.
Management: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and C-level managers. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Market Awareness: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies. Use this knowledge to contribute to the development of innovative and competitive products.

Responsibilities
Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
Planning and execution: Develop and implement strategic plans for product development, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
Team Leadership: Provide clear direction and leadership to the product development team, participate in team meetings, and meet with industry leaders.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of the final product through rigid testing and validation processes; support and supply the IT team and other peers with market and business knowledge.
Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, including product launches, updates, and retirements.
Planning and execution: Develop and implement strategic plans for product development, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
Team Leadership: Provide clear direction and leadership to the product development team, participate in team meetings, and meet with industry leaders.
