IT Project Manager

Currently, UAB "Spedilta" aims to create a modern activity management tool and is looking for an IT project manager who will be responsible for:

Full IT project management and development;
Formation of a work team;
Creation, implementation, testing and development of the transport business management system according to the company's business requirements;
Description, digitization, automation, systematization and efficiency of the company's business processes;
Process analysis, improvement, monitoring and control of their implementation;
Smooth cooperation between system users, company management and system installer/supplier;
Organization of consistent work and meetings with system users;
Communication with the software provider;

Higher Education;
Broad critical and analytical thinking;
Experience in managing information systems projects (logistics or transport companies would be an advantage);
Knowledge of basic information systems development principles and technologies;
Knowledge of project management and knowledge of processes;
Excellent ability to fluently and correctly convey thoughts in Lithuanian in writing and orally (Russian and English is an advantage);
Ability to justify/defend agreed positions, analyze operational processes, work qualitatively at a high pace;
Good working skills with MS Office software package;

1500-4000 €/mon. net
From 1500 EUR in hand. Salary depends on acquired competencies and available experience.
