Our IT team is looking for an IT Project Manager. 🚀
Different business and technological projects will await you, such as: PIM (Product Information Management), Spaceman system implementation projects, invoice automation, infrastructure improvement projects and many others. Therefore, in this position, not only technical knowledge is important, but also extremely strong skills in managing different projects.

Therefore, in this position, not only technical knowledge is important, but also extremely strong skills in managing different projects.
Main tasks:
- Manage assigned IT projects of various scope in all phases of the project - initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion.
- Together with the interested parties, define the goals, tasks, priorities of the projects, their scope and the desired result of the projects.
- Create the necessary tools for successful project implementation and status monitoring: a project risk assessment document, a project plan (in the project management system), and a communication plan with interested parties.
- Manage internal and external team members assigned to projects, ensure effective communication, resolve emerging conflicts.
- Ensure that implemented IT projects comply with valid legal regulations.
- Share good project management practices across the entire group of companies.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working with medium and large-scale IT projects. (An advantage if you have worked with retail/wholesale or customer loyalty systems development.)
- You are able to apply project management standards (PMBOK, Agile Scrum and others) in practice. Project management certificate(s) will be an added advantage.
- Excellent skills in managing priorities and coordinating them with all stakeholders (business units, external software product development partners).
- Experience in successfully executing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
