Nature of work
AB Western shipbuilding plant You will be responsible for:
creation and smooth implementation/management of projects, project management standard and portfolio of a group of companies from project initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with strategic goals, adhering to the highest quality and efficiency standards.

Responsibility:
- Develop and implement project management policies, processes and standards to ensure consistent project management.
- Coordinate the implementation of multiple projects, ensuring their compatibility with the organization's goals.
- Monitor the progress of projects, identify and solve potential risks and problems.
- Ensure effective communication between project teams, stakeholders and management staff.
- Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Prepare and provide regular project reports and briefings to stakeholders.
- Lead continuous project management improvement initiatives.
We think you would do best if you have:
- Higher university education (IT field would be an advantage);
- Project management "officer" - PMO or similar experience;
- Excellent knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and tools (eg PMP, Agile);
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills, as well as leadership and working with managers;
- You are able to manage several projects simultaneously and ensure a successful outcome;
- Demonstrate professional skills in working with project management software (e.g. MS Project, Asana, JIRA, etc.);
- You communicate in different foreign languages (e.g. Lithuanian, English, German, Russian)
- You are able to operate under conditions of uncertainty.
