Customer hardware and software maintenance
Solving technical problems on site and remotely
Preparation and installation of hardware and software

Requirements:
University, advanced or vocational education in the field of IT (could be a final year student)
Knowledge of the basics of computer networks
Driver's licence B category
Quick orientation, diligence, responsibility
Ability to find the right solution in stressful situations
Advantages:

Fluency in Russian and/or English (oral and written)
Experience in similar technical work
Experience working in the hospitality sector
Experience in maintaining and servicing software and computer equipment
Experience in servicing conventional and computerized cash registers
