Your daily tasks:
- You will advise clients on the use of the IT system, and help solve the problems that have arisen.
- You will configure the DocLogix system according to customer needs.
- Within the limits of your responsibility and competence, you will resolve incidents independently.
- You will evaluate more complex incidents presented by customers - you will identify the causes, formulate tasks and transfer them to other teams.
- You will prepare activity reports.

- higher education (also suitable for final year students.)
- General knowledge of IT systems (acquired through study or practical configuration and maintenance of IT, for example, document management systems.)
- SQL knowledge and skills (acquired during study or work practice.)
- Written and spoken knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
- .NET programming knowledge and/or skills would be an advantage.
- Knowing Latvian would be an advantage.
