Nature of work
- Preparation of mobile devices (tablets) for operation (updating);
- installation, updating of used Android applications;
- consulting users and/or employees of other company departments on software and hardware operation issues;
- preparation and updating of training materials for the use of equipment;
- diagnosis and elimination of technical and software malfunctions of mobile devices;
- facilities administration (accounting);
- creation of mobile device users, adjustment of login data.
Employee requirements
- Foreign languages: very good command of Russian; English language. an advantage;
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office: especially Word and Excel
- experience in installing, supporting and using android applications;
- general knowledge of the Android operating system, experience in configuring mobile devices;
- experience with centralized mobile device administration (maintenance) tools;
- good communication skills, ability to work in stressful situations;
