What are the challenges ahead?
As a Venipak maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for system and service IT support in all Venipak group companies. This is a great career opportunity for ambitious individuals with successful system maintenance and service experience and results oriented. Your main responsibilities:

- Registration of system malfunctions, search for problem solutions, troubleshooting.
- Registration of system problems registered by customers and their resolution.
- Maintenance and enforcement of SLAs agreed with the business.
- Ensuring proper and timely capture of all systems issues, preparation of reports.
- Formation and updating of the knowledge base with technical notes and comments.
What are our expectations?
- Bachelor's degree in IT.
- At least 2 years experience working in systems support, experience in PHP development/maintenance.
- Deep knowledge of MySQL and work experience with PostgreSQL (we would consider it an advantage).
- Good knowledge of code versioning tools, CI&CD implementation and Docker experience.
- Experience working with cross-functional and customer service teams.
- Ability to flexibly adapt to a rapidly changing business environment.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (oral and written).
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
