Along with your assigned team, you:
- You will ensure that the internal IT systems of Elektrum Lietuva work smoothly, that problems that arise are promptly resolved;
- You will supervise IT security (GDPR; NIS2, etc.) in the organization;
- You will implement IT automations;
- I will organize the maintenance of computer workstations, licensing and other activities related to IT support.
We hope you:
- Has an education in the field of IT or technology and at least 2 years of similar work experience;
- You have successfully worked together with the technical team and easily find common solutions both to fulfill business needs and to manage the resources of the technical team;
- Knowledge of ITIL and have practical skills in using ITIL;
- Has knowledge of maintenance of computer workplaces;
- Knows English, knowledge of this language will be useful when talking with partners and colleagues from Latvia;
- You are responsible, proactive, willing to work in a team and achieve common goals for the team
