IT systems specialist (Fixed 1.5 year contract)

We are currently inviting an IT systems specialist to join the Department of Information Technologies and Systems.


Nature of work

• Participation in projects related to HR systems, coordination of their implementation
• Provide assistance in matters related to HR systems, initiate changes
• Detailed and integrative testing and documentation of results when installing new or updated information system modules
• Identification and documentation of new business needs, preparation of technical specifications
• Maintenance of HR systems and 2nd level IT support, advising users and solving problems

Requirements for the candidate

• 2+ years of analog work experience
• Good communication and project management skills
• Excellent English knowledge (at least B2 level), German knowledge is an advantage
• IT education (advantage)
• Analytical thinking and technical IT knowledge
