Nature of work

We are currently looking for a challenging and experienced IT Systems Development Manager who is eager to contribute to the future of the renewable energy (RES) energy sector. In this role, you will lead a team that develops and maintains an advanced online platform for trading sustainable biofuels. Therefore, we promise, you will have opportunities to learn new things, grow and improve every day!

As IT Systems Development Manager, you will be responsible for

  • the company's technological vision and strategy;
  • security and reliability of the developed systems;
  • development of new functions and products;
  • management of the team and external partners.

You will also work closely with the Company's manager and other business line owners, aligning the IT systems development plan with business goals and customer needs.

Your main tasks will be

  • to ensure sustainable development of IT systems that meets changing business needs:
  • to cooperate with the owners of business lines;
  • identify system development needs;
  • offer IT system development solutions that meet business and customer needs;
  • agree on priorities;
  • organize their timely implementation;
  • ensure the reliability and security of functioning IT systems;
  • analyze and improve IT systems development and management processes;
  • to organize service purchases and other processes necessary for the development of IT systems;
  • plan and coordinate the work of the IT systems development team;
  • develop the team and set team goals.

Employee requirements

  • higher education in the field of IT or exact sciences;
  • at least 5 years of work experience in the creation/development of IT systems;
  • IT project management experience according to Agile;
  • at least 2 years of experience in team management;
  • strong knowledge of Internet technologies, cloud services, data analysis and artificial intelligence;
  • you have strategic thinking, creativity and leadership qualities;
  • you communicate perfectly in Lithuanian and English.
