Your workday tasks:

  • Take care of maintenance of information systems, ensure efficient use of IT resources, modernization, interoperability with each other and with other IT resources used by the state;
  • Together with the team, plan and implement projects carried out by the IT department, plan and implement necessary updates, plan public procurement and ensure the institution's IT infrastructure needs;
  • Coordinate the implementation of modern information technologies, design, development of information systems, administration, maintenance and protection of databases, administration and efficient use of computer networks, software, servers and ensure the safety of electronic information;
  • Prepare and provide information and documents in the field of IT to interested parties, ensure the implementation of legal acts regulating the creation, use and development of information systems;
  • Participate in projects, implementing the digitalization of the institution
  • To perform the functions of saga commissioner, state information systems importance assessment coordinator and other assigned functions, to ensure the organization's cyber security, IS risk management and IT security compliance.

We hope you:

  • You have a university education;
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in managing the IT field;
  • You have experience in strategic IT management and successful implementation of IT projects, you have managed IT infrastructure solutions and licenses and the IT maintenance budget;
  • You are familiar with the basics of public administration, management of budgetary institutions, public procurement, inter-institutional interaction;
  • You are able to assemble and lead a team, you are characterized by strategic thinking, you can be a playing coach in the team.
