Job Description
- Be responsible for all company hardware
- Be responsible for inventory system update
- Resolve all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software/hardware
- Educate coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage
- Apply knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to solve problems
- Have to maintain knowledge of technology innovations and trends
Requirements
- Be motivated to take ownership of all responsibilities
- Have an understanding of computer hardware and software systems
- Have the ability to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical employees
- Have good communication skills
- Bonus points: have programming knowledge
