For our client, a business service company, we are looking for an IT Specialist to join the team.

Primary responsibilities
- Solving IT requests through the help system;
- Preparation and maintenance of Windows workstations, troubleshooting;
- Management of user rights in Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and other systems;
- Consulting employees on IT issues, problem solving;
- Preparation and maintenance of documentation.
Requirements
- Higher education in the field of IT;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Windows 10/11 administration experience;
- Microsoft 365 administration experience;
- General knowledge about computer networks;
- Good communication and teamwork skills, responsibility and orientation to the result;
- Oral and written command of Lithuanian and English.
