Nature of work:
- Software installation, configuration and troubleshooting;
- Connecting, configuring, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical equipment;
- Consulting users on the use of software and hardware;
- Implementation of existing and new IT projects;
- Counseling and educating colleagues on IT and cyber security issues;
- Maintenance and administration of MS SQL databases;
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education (in IT or a similar field);
- You have experience in diagnosing/resolving hardware and software malfunctions;
- You have knowledge of Office 365 platform administration;
- You are able to manage Active Directory, GPO programs;
- You are able to solve problems independently and work in a team;
- You can easily communicate not only with the computer but also with people;
- You have good oral and written English language skills (B2 level).
It will be an advantage if:
- You have MS SQL database management knowledge;
- You have work experience with the Microsoft Power Automate tool;
- You have programming knowledge (eg: JavaScript, PHP, Java, SQL or VBA);
- You have experience with the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system.
