Nature of work
- You will serve, manage and ensure the smooth operation of computerized workplaces in 16 branches in Lithuania and Riga;
- You will configure and prepare peripheral and mobile equipment for work, solve problems arising with it;
- You will consult and provide technical assistance to your colleagues, solve their requests;
- You will manage and install computer networks;
- You will carry out IT equipment purchases, communicate with 3rd parties on troubleshooting issues.
Employee requirements
- You have an education in the field of information technology and at least one year of work experience in the field of IT support;
- You know how to service Windows operating systems at the organizational level, you know MS Active Directory;
- Able to diagnose computer equipment failures and carry out repairs;
- Has the basics of network equipment operation;
- You are not only a team player, but also able to work independently, know how to search for the information you need and can be responsible for the results of your work;
- Has a category B driver's license.
