What you will do:
- Providing qualified IT assistance to users on technical or software usage issues;
- Resolution and management of IT incidents and requests, execution of orders;
- Preparation, configuration and installation of computerized workstations;
- Administration of access to systems;
- IT equipment inventory management;
- Work with JIRA task and incident management tool.
What we expect from you:
- Knowledge of computer networks;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, Windows 11;
- Knowledge of Microsoft O365 services;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO;
- Activity, proactivity, goal orientation and responsibility assumption;
- Understanding of business processes;
- Ability to work in a team and create value for the organization;
- Knowledge of technical IT English;
- Higher education.
