- UAB „STOKKER“
What will you do on a typical working day with us:
- Provide telephone and written assistance to users of software (POS, Microsoft Office, Windows OS) and CRM (SalesForce);
- I consult software and CRM users in a timely manner;
- You will perform software and CRM functional testing;
- You will actively participate in projects related to software development;
- Create software instructions (description);
- Create and adjust CRM reports;
- You will perform other tasks assigned by your direct manager.
Your qualities are important to us:
- Work experience with sales software and/or CRM (SalesForce advantage);
- Work experience with Windows 10, Microsoft Office;
- User (Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams) consulting experience;
- Ability to clearly convey complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner;
- Well-developed analytical skills;
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail;
- Good command of English and Lithuanian languages (Russian is an advantage).
- Education - Information systems;
