● Timely and smooth provision of technical support;
● Identify and troubleshoot operating system, software and network problems;
● Configure and manage the company's computer networks and ensure their proper operation;
● Ensure that all technical requirements meet security standards;
● Implementation and support of new projects;
● Collaborate with IT team members and departments to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of the IT infrastructure.

● High, higher education (in the field of information technology would be an advantage);
● Experience in working in the field of IT service (service desk) or in a similar position;
● Understanding of computer technology and networks;
● Ability to effectively find solutions and work with different technical tasks;
● Communication and ability to clearly explain technical issues;
● Willingness to learn and improve, ability to work independently and in a team.
