- Assistance to the head of the IT department and IT systems analyst, performance of dedicated tasks;
- Maintenance and installation of computer workstations;
- Installation and updating of Microsoft operating systems and other office software,
- Preparing and issuing Android devices to employees;
- IT hardware and software installation and administration;
- IT infrastructure documentation;
- Participation in projects.
Employee requirements
- Higher or professional education in the fields of IT, exact sciences, telecommunications, may be a final year student (part-time/evening studies);
- Work experience in the IT field or service sector - an advantage;
- Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), Windows 10, 11 operating systems;
- Knowledge of Android operating systems;
- Working with any other business management or financial systems is an advantage;
- Analytical thinking, communication, diligence, responsibility, desire to improve and learn.
