Nature of work
- Maintenance of computer equipment, printers, cash registers, diagnostics of malfunctions/failures and their elimination;
- Management of advertising screens;
- Installation of new workplaces, installation of operating systems, configuration change, software installation;
- MS Office 365 administration;
- Diagnostics of used software faults and their elimination;
- Periodic preventive check of computer software operation;
- Removal of viruses and other malicious software;
- Fast remote assistance (if possible);
- Ensuring the stability of system operation;
- Monitoring of video surveillance devices;
- Full responsibility for IT infrastructure and data security;
- Effective cooperation with other company departments.
Employee requirements
- Initibility, constant interest in innovation, result orientation;
- Strategic thinking, strong IT management knowledge and successful implementation experience;
- Higher education in IT or technical field;
- Experience of similar work (preferably in a large company or group of companies) 3 years;
- B category driving license.
