NATURE OF WORK:
- You will shape IT processes, ensure smooth operation and improvement of infrastructure, IT security and risk management;
- You will develop and expand the IT team, ensure that goals are achieved;
- You will initiate IT projects and organize their implementation, closely cooperate with other departments, determining their IT needs;
- You will develop the activities of the IT department, contribute to the development of the strategy and ensure its implementation;
- You will form and manage the IT budget;
- Together with the team, you will look for ways to work more efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS:
- You have a higher university education in the fields of social sciences, law and business management or medicine, and you have obtained a master's qualification degree;
- You know IT infrastructure solutions and have related successful work experience (experience in large organizations would be an advantage);
- You have led a team, projects, implemented changes;
- You think strategically, are able to substantiate your decisions and are open to innovation;
- You are determined to bring change, implement good practices.
