Your main responsibilities:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the IT department;
- Effective management and training of the team (assignment of tasks, setting goals, control, evaluation of competences, etc.);
- Timely submission of reports (weekly, monthly, etc.);
- Analyzing and optimizing business processes, increasing efficiency;
- Maintenance of information systems, efficient use and modernization of IT resources;
- Administration of projects carried out by the IT department, planning of new ones, risk assessment, implementation and support;
- Preparation of documents in the field of IT for interested parties, ensuring legal acts regulating the creation, use and development of IT systems;
- Ensuring cyber security and IS risk management.
Employee requirements:
- Higher university education (IT field);
- At least 3 years of experience in a leading position in the IT field;
- Have experience in strategic IT management and successful implementation of IT projects;
- Be able to organize work in a team and mobilize its members to achieve a result;
- Project management skills;
- Good time planning and organizational skills;
- Initiative, ability to work both in a team and independently, orientation to the result, strong communication skills;
- Very good knowledge of English.
