IT Development Manager

We are one of the leading manufacturers of PET blanks and PET bottles in the Baltic States, successfully exporting our products to Western, Central and Eastern European countries and Scandinavia. We are currently strengthening our team and invite an IT Development Manager to join.
Nature of work:

• IT risk assessment and security policy formulation, implementation and compliance assurance;
  
• Formation, implementation and monitoring of an effective IT Infrastructure and software policy;
  
• IT strategic planning, budgeting and control;
  
• Management of third parties - IT service providers;
  
• Implementation of IT projects within the stipulated terms, allocation of resources;
  
• Responsibility for training, motivating and supporting the IT team;
  
• Ensuring compliance according to relevant internal and external (legal) acts;

• Higher education in IT or similar. in nature areas;
  
• At least 5 years of work experience as an IT manager or similar. in duties;
  
• Strong logical/analytical thinking, good time planning skills;
  
• Knowledge of English (not lower than B2 level);

From 4000 €/mon. gross
An annual supplement of up to 1 month is additionally paid. average salary, depending on the company's results and the achievement of personal goals.
