WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:
- Prepare employees (without experience) for working with stone wool, shells and tin
- Raise the qualifications of existing employees
- Perform testing of candidates (with experience) and, if necessary, provide remedial training
- As needed, go on business trips with newly trained employees and ensure their smooth integration in the facility
- Periodically review and update training programs
- Periodically review and update evaluation forms
- Actively participate in the activities of the Training Center and contribute to its improvement

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- At least 3 years of targeted work experience in the field of insulation - canning
- Ability to communicate in Russian and English
- Computer literacy skills
- Willingness to share accumulated experience with RNDV Industries employees
- Experience working with cold insulation (advantage)
