Responsibilities and functions:
Working with mammalian cell protein expression systems – cell preparation, transfection, cultivation, clarification, protein purification, formulation, quality control;
Planning and performing and describing experiments in the laboratory;
Maintenance of laboratory equipment;
Orders for materials and tools;
Preparation and filling of documentation;
Data analysis and technology development;
Initiating and documenting process changes.

Qualification requirements / Education / Experience:
0-2 years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, experience in USP or DSP protein production is a plus.
Higher university education in natural sciences (biochemistry/molecular biology/bioengineering/biotechnology sciences). Bachelor/ Master.
Knowledge of biotechnological processes;
Knowledge of protein properties and analysis methods used in biotechnology (SDS-PAGE, CE-SDS);
Knowledge of the principles of equipment use and maintenance;
Good English knowledge;
Computer literacy (MS Office);
Ability to independently prepare reports and technical documentation;
Analytical thinking, the ability to work in a team and the desire to improve;
Diligence, attention to detail, responsibility, organization.
