We are currently looking for an Insurance consultant in Jonava to join our team. In this position, you will build strong and long-term relationships with clients, and strive for both your personal and team results.
What will your working day look like?
- Work with the market leader: you will work under an employment contract in the largest non-life insurance services company in Lithuania, which is constantly growing, innovating and maintaining a long-standing leadership position in the market
- Expertise in non-life insurance: you will become an expert in non-life insurance products, able to respond to the needs of clients in protecting their property, transport or health.
- Customer consulting and sales: You will sincerely take care of both new and existing customers, in various ways convenient for them: by means of video consultations, by phone or by meeting in person
- Digitization: our digital systems, which are constantly being improved and developed, provide convenient opportunities for you to communicate with customers: on the self-service SavasLD platform, the customer manages insurance issues - and your help, advice and consultations will be very valuable and necessary for customers - You will also provide video consultations (support from MSTeams) you will provide clients with insurance risk consultations and offer useful solutions
- Development of competences: the first month of work will be devoted to mastering knowledge of non-life products, company systems and processes used in daily activities. You will also learn and improve your sales skills with internal and external lecturers
- Recognition and self-realization: you will participate in various company projects and initiatives, give your suggestions and ideas, contribute to the development of new solutions

- Has a university/advanced education
- You have accumulated experience in customer service/sales (advantage)
- You use a computer not only for social networks (you know MS Office and other things)
- Has excellent communication, planning and work organization skills

Remuneration? It consists of two parts: a fixed part of up to one year EUR 950 (before taxes) and a supplement for the achieved sales results. On average, in the first year, an employee earns EUR 1,200 per month (before taxes) along with a fixed salary, in the second year, on average, an employee earns EUR 2,200 per month (before taxes), but the amount of the supplement, and thus the salary, is unlimited and depends on the employee himself. It is important to mention that all employees are employed under an employment contract.
