Responsibilities and functions:
- Planning and performing experiments in the laboratory (biomass centrifugation, clarification, digestion, chromatographic purification of proteins, tangential filtration, formulation)
- Description of experiments according to valid procedures
- Analysis of literature
- Presentation and transfer of information to the team
- Maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Orders for materials and tools
- Preparation and completion of documentation
- Data analysis and technology development
- Initiating and documenting process changes
- Active use of LEAN tools
Qualification requirements / Education / Experience:
- Higher university education in natural sciences (biochemistry/molecular biology/bioengineering/biotechnology sciences).
- Knowledge of biotechnological processes (biomass centrifugation, clarification, digestion, protein chromatographic purification, tangential filtration, formulation)
- Knowledge of protein properties and analysis methods used in biotechnology
- Knowledge of the principles of equipment use and maintenance
- Work experience according to GMP and GLP standards (advantage)
- Good English. knowledge.
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- Ability to independently prepare reports and technical documentation.
- Analytical thinking, the ability to work in a team and the desire to improve.
- Diligence, attention to details, responsibility, organization.
