Junior Production Process Efficiency Specialist

What will your working day look like?
- You will collect and process LEAN project statistics, prepare them for monthly presentation
- You will maintain and implement visual system management tools
- You will get involved in LEAN team activities (5S; Kaizen; Asaichi)
- You will maintain the training platform and share information about it with other employees
- I will plan current work for the week, coordinate the execution of upcoming projects
- You will have the opportunity to get to know and get involved in IKEA LEAN transformation projects
- Prepares procedures and other necessary documentation.
This position is perfect for you if:
- Know the basics of LEAN management;
- You are a proficient user of Excel, Word, Power Point programs;
- You are able to work with several projects at the same time;
- Likes to communicate and is able to communicate the necessary information;
- Able to manage large amounts of data;
- You are attentive, proactive and want to learn and improve;
- Has good English. knowledge (can speak and write in English).
