It is important to us that you:
You would have obtained a higher education related to IT;
You should be from 1 year old. similar work experience;
You have excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills and strong communication skills;
You would know operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) and have basic software knowledge;
You would have work experience with service desk and remote support software;
You would be able to complete the work within the set deadlines and manage difficult situations;
You should have good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (Russian is an advantage);
You would have obtained an ITIL certificate (advantage);
You would have experience with service desk software ServiceNow or Jira Service Management (advantage);
You would have acquired basic knowledge of scripting or automation (advantage).
In this position you:
1. You will provide assistance to users:
Will provide professional assistance to users by phone, e-mail. by mail or live;
Resolve technical issues, diagnose software failures and escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams.
2. You will manage tasks:
Register, prioritize tasks and ensure orderly and accurate documentation;
You will monitor and manage task statuses to ensure SLA commitments;
Inform users about the status of the task execution.
3. I diagnose hardware and software failures:
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software malfunctions for stationary and portable computers, mobile and peripheral devices;
You will perform software installation, updates and configuration changes.
4. You will manage user accounts:
You will contribute to the creation, modification and removal of accounts, as well as changing passwords and establishing access.
5. You will take care of the documentation and knowledge base:
You will maintain and update information about known problems and their solutions;
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the knowledge base.
6. You will provide remote user support:
Provide assistance to users remotely;
Utilize remote support tools for fault diagnosis and problem solving.

Salary
1500-2000 €/mon. gross
The specific salary is determined taking into account the candidate's competence and work experience.
