Nature of work
- Analysis of information systems and offering optimal solutions;
- Participation in the development processes of information systems: analysis, design, programming, testing, acceptance testing, trial operation, documentation, training and maintenance/support stages;
- Communication with interested parties: programmers, users, project managers and other interested parties, in order to ensure the smooth execution of projects;
- Preparation and evaluation of detailed operational requirements specifications, instructions and other documentation in cooperation with team members and clients;
- Preparation of tasks for programmers and other team members.
Employee requirements
- Ability to read and write well in English;
- Pursuit of quality: high-quality performance of systems analysis, specification;
- General competences: diligence, responsibility, teamwork, independence;
- Leadership competencies: analytical and systemic thinking.
Advantages:
- The ability to simply and clearly convey thoughts in Lithuanian both orally and in writing;
- Ability to simply and clearly convey thoughts in written English;
- Knowledge of process modeling, specification writing using UML/BPMN;
- Experience in an analyst or QA role.
