Your help will be needed in this position:
- Coordinating various activities related to events - from idea generation to implementation;
- Creating surveys, registrations related to preparation for the event or evaluation after it;
- Cooperating with event agencies, assisting in large projects;
- Administering the organization of internal and external events at the bank's premises;
- Creating and layouting invitations/informational texts related to the content of the events;
- Depending on the situation - creatively or accurately finding solutions in a constantly changing environment 😊
We hope you have:
- Are you studying or have obtained a higher education (advantage – creative industries, marketing, communication) or are you a final year student;
- Excellent English knowledge, both written and spoken (B2 level and above);
- You speak and write Lithuanian fluently;
- Experience in project management, can perform several tasks at the same time, manage your time and set priorities;
- Initiative, responsibility, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment;
- Foresight and the desire to take the initiative in work;
- You follow Swedbank's values - you are simple, open and caring.
