You will be responsible for:
Drafting and coordination of contracts and other legal documents;
Analysis of legal documents, assessment of legal risks and submission of proposals to the manager;
Registering documents in the company's data management system;
Debt administration;
Execution of other assigned legal tasks.

Requirements:
Higher education in the field of law (can be a final year law student);
Ability to communicate fluently in English (we will consider other languages German, French an advantage);
Knowledge of clerical rules and application in practice;
Logical and analytical thinking;
Ability to work both in a team and independently;
Ability to work dynamically;
Internal motivation, initiative, attentiveness and responsibility.
