Nature of work:
- Customer service by phone and e-mail. by mail;
- Administration of transport damages and determining the amount of the loss;
- Investigation of the circumstances of the event, collection of necessary documents;
- Sending requests to the police, fire services or other institutions;
- Working with company systems.
We expect TU to:
- Has a higher education (can be a final year student);
- Has good computer skills;
- Has excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language and clerical skills;
- Do not shy away from initiative, you are communicative, you want to learn and grow; 😊🌱
- We will give you independence and confidence - we hope you value it.
We would consider the advantages:
- Experience in customer service;
- Understanding and knowledge of car repair technologies;
- category B driver's license;
- Knowledge of English, Russian languages.

Salary
1000-1600 €/mon. gross
It consists of a fixed part and a variable part of the salary (bonus), which depends on the number of claims administered.
The final salary for this position will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
