WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:
- Serve customers live and over the phone in matters of electricity and gas supply;
- Learn customer service processes and apply them in your work;
- Store and summarize statistical data and other work-related information;
- Cooperate with other company departments;
- Pursue team and personal goals, constantly improve.
YOUR SUCCESSFUL START WILL NEED:
- Work experience in the field of customer service (advantage);
- Good computer skills;
- Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language both orally and in writing;
- Desire to improve, help and, of course, motivation.
