WHAT WILL BE YOUR JOB
- Plan, organize and control shift work:
the work of the packaging staff,
material movement,
production quality assurance,
work discipline, discipline, order and cleanliness;
- Improve the productivity of employees and the production process;
- Ensure accounting of the production made during the shift;
- Carry out communication between shifts.
WHAT IT NEEDS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Experience in the position of production/shift manager/master;
- Experience in a manufacturing or construction company;
- Teamwork organization and management skills;
- Quick reactions to changing production conditions;
- Orientation towards the goal;
- Computer literacy.
